River Tweed
I was happy to wake up in early this morning and to find out that this beautiful river is still a border between two countries and not a barrier.

Thank you, Annette. I did feel happy when I heard, very early on Friday morning, how the votes had panned out. Amazing turn-out, too. There was so much interest – apparently there were several foreign journalists roaming round Coldstream, including some from Japan, asking people about their reactions to the result.

The turn out was incredible wasn’t it, though Aberdeen didn’t do as well as most other places. Yes the foreign interest has been incredible. I just hope now that it leads to a better system for both Scotland and for the rest of the UK.

I totally agree, but it is going to be long, complicated and I suspect a tad painful!
