    • Hi Seonaid – Only snow I’ve seen (from afar) this winter has been on the top of the Cheviots, and I think that is melting. The trees in the woods look in places as if there is snow round their roots as there are so many snowdrops, growing so thickly. In a week or two the daffs will be out, there are wild ones up in the woods near the Tweed which I shall be on the look-out for.
